We create cookies that are paleo (without grain, refined sugar, or dairy) and believe that real food is flavorful without extra additives, sugars, or processed yuck. We therefore use only the finest ingredients, sourcing local when possible, and avoiding allergens such as gluten, dairy, corn, and soy which are typically found in most baked goods. But don't worry, we don't EVER skimp on the chocolate chips.
Portland artist Jeni Lee creates atmospheric paintings using layers of paint and the rain to evoke our northwest environments.
